At 6:30 o'clock Saturday evening, at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Roy Bolinger, occurred the wedding of Miss Iris Adney to Mr. Earl Alexander. The ceremony was performed by Rev. A. C. Best, and witnesses were Mr. and Mrs. Bolinger, the latter being a sister of the bride.
Miss Adney, one of the graduating class of Pinedale High School, thus became a bride the day following receipt of her diploma at the commencement exercises Friday night. She is a daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Joe Adney of Cora, and has lived in Pinedale during the school period each year while pursuing her high school courses.
The groom is a son of Mr. and Mrs. C.C. Alexander, long time residents of Cora, well known throughout the county. Earl has been a resident of Pinedale the past year, an employee of the Pinedale Buick garage. He was born and brought up on the ranch of his parents of Newfork river.
Both parties to this union are popular members of the younger set and the good wishes of a host of friends will attend them.
