Terms & Conditions:

A 50% deposit by check or by credit card* is required to confirm your reservation dates. The balance of rental plus tax is due upon arrival and can be paid with travelers checks, personal checks or credit card*

The deposit is non refundable if notice of cancellation is not received at least 30 days in advance of your arrival date. If notice is received prior to 30 days, your deposit (less $25.00 per cabin reserved) will be refundable.


*         We can only accept credit cards through PayPal.  You do not need a PayPal account to use your credit card.  We do not have machines on site to swipe credit cards, but can invoice for any additional amounts via PayPal to your email address.
